The AI Manager app is where you chat with your AI Manager, see every task it ran and what it made, and decide the few things that need you.

Every OpenPOS store comes with an AI Manager. It does a manager's desk work and keeps you in the loop, while you stay in control. Its home is the AI Manager app, for owners and managers, with the same login as the dashboard.

Where to find it

Sidebar › AI MANAGER › AI Manager opens the app. A number on it means something is waiting for you.
On a phone, open it in the browser and add it to your home screen, or scan its QR code in Store Settings › Displays. Turn on alerts there so what needs you arrives in real time.
Links in its emails open your AI Manager on any phone without signing in, for 24 hours — the note, the day's work log, everything waiting. Links in texts open the one item to read. Anyone you forward an email to can open it too, until then.
In the dashboard, the sparkle icon (AI Manager) at the top right opens a chat drawer on any page.

Turn it on

The AI Manager is included with every store and is on for new stores. The switch is at the top of the app's Settings (the gear) and on the AI Manager card in Store Settings › Services. Off, it still answers in chat but takes no action and sends nothing. Orders and the store keep running as usual.

Good to know

Chat is where you talk to it. See Talk to Your AI Manager.
Tasks lists every session — your conversations and the work it did on its own — with what each made. Open one to see the result and the steps, and tap Undo when a change can be undone.
The bell holds only what needs a person: approvals, questions, staff requests and open incidents. On most days it is empty. See Approvals, Limits & Settings.
Your conversations are your own. What it shows each person follows their role, the same as the dashboard.

If something's not working

Quiet? Check the switch is on. On a normal day it often has nothing to tell you; see what it did in Tasks.
Can't open the app or see something? Check your role, then sign out and back in.
Got something wrong? Undo it from its task when you can and tell it in chat, or email [email protected].
